England 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Zambezi Silver
2012 Autobiography Sport Seats

This car in question has black seats with contrasting stitching. However every 2012 I’ve seen on YouTube has two-tone leather black/cream etc. Should I be suspicious or is black with contrasting stitching a valid option?

Thanks.

Why not post a link to the car you are talking about then people could see exactly what you are referring to. The only cars originally with duo tone seats as standard were the A/B's, The Lux or those with the Lux Pack had single colour with contrast stitching if I read the brochure correctly.

Cheers

Hi, sorry, I’m talking about an A/B now, or at least advertised as one

That one looks like it's the Autobiography bodykit fitted.

A couple of easy pointers to an Autobiography are the embossed headrests, it's wrote in the door panel (as per attached pic) and the two tone seats. The mats should also be two tone but could easy be replaced.

Pic showing the door panel A/B signature, the rear has the same.

If it's a 62 plate car should be a MY13 same as mine but a few bits don't add up, the wheels correct style but should be diamond cut but may have been refurbed, seats as mentioned should have Autobiography Sport embossed on the headrest however the headrest are also a different shape to mine, does not appear to have Heated Steering Wheel switch or ACC switch which were both standard on a A/B. As Dennis suggested it just looks like a HSE with the A/B body kit fitted, could actualy be a Red Edition made to look like a A/B as that had the A/B body kit from the factory. Although there is actualy no such thing as a A/B body Kit it is a Exterior Design Pack to be exact.

Apparently the Red Edition also had two tone seats so won't be one of those.

Unfortunately the main problem is the people actualy selling them don't have clue what they are selling, and you could easily include main stealers in that statement.
