Have you stripped it down & given it a good clean,also it could be the filter gauze that is blocked.Might be worth buying a new gauze first as they are cheap enough.what I do with mine every time I finish using it I unscrew the bottle with foam in it & put the pipe in a container with clean water & run that through the gun to keep the gauze clean. The tiny hole that the soap goes thru was blocked.
