Does your insurance not cover windscreen replacement? Mine does, all it would cost is a £75 excess. |

Isn't "like for like" a genuine OEM windscreen in your case - have you had it replaced with a cheap copy previously? RRS MY17 SDV6 AB

I wouldn't trust Autoglass to provide a genuine / OEM screen. Their MO is to say either insurance won't cover it or that the one they provide is as good. They'll give you some cheap import stuff.

Does that quote also include the camera/sensor calibration after replacement? Wierd and wonderful things can happen if it’s not Cal’d after a replacement and some copies are that bad that it’s impossible to Cal the camera/sensors. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)
