Ok so not something i am and going to do straight away (possibly never depending upon cost..) but........

What options are there for fitting winches to the L320 2010 sport?

I believe your options are very limited on the facelift, I think you might need to wait until someone like Buckster or RRSTDV8 come along.

Cheers

Not cheap, that's for sure! I was lucky enough to get my (pre-facelift) OE parts second hand though un-used off a member on here but that included a bumper with the relevant cutouts too.

Buckster has one on his facelift L320. Hopefully he can give you some pointers. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Thanks all, hopefully Buckster can advise.

I wouldn't mind having it done ready for winter if i can afford it as i am now a volunteer responder for 4x4 Rescue North Wales..

Not installed it yet. Have an issue with ARC controller and waiting for that to get fitted/working and my lean error to go. Didn't want to complicate things.

Stuff doesn't happen quickly around where I am and I'm not in too much of a rush.

How about you?

I think the G4 winch was rated at 9000lb or just over 4 tonnes. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

wildbear do a discreet mount but requires a bumper cut. (looks very discreet though if done right
9000lbs feels low for a RRS unless you are carrying extension straps and are happy to double line pull there is no difference in physical size now between most 9K and 12K winches 2012 SDV6 HSE (technically its hers)
2000 D2 TD5 - definitely mine

The image Wildbear use to illustrate their mount (e.g., on eBay) looks to be of exactly the same car that FirstFour use to illustrate what they label as Britpart.

Confused

Well Britpart are a parts distributor and Wildbear are a fabricator. I'll leave you to work out what may or may not be the link there. Andy at Wildbear is a lovely guy to talk to. 2012 SDV6 HSE (technically its hers)
2000 D2 TD5 - definitely mine
