Hi all

My wife told me today that the stereo stopped working in our MY2010, screen was on and she could change stations, but there was no sound, after finishing work and starting the rangie back up the screen wouldn't come on at all, no sound, no light, just a black screen.

Anyone got any ideas where I should be looking 1st ?

Jumped in the rangie this morning, no dash lights at all, wouldn't start either, turns out it was the battery, just fitted a new one and all's fine now !

really strange symptoms for a dead battery though

Mate, the electrics in a Range Rover make no sense at all. I fitted a mirror glass to the left mirror and the power fold mirrors would only work after 2 presses of the lock button but the the alarm would then go off. Turns out I mixed the 2 connectors up. Had the glass on and off a dozen times with no issue so must have been pure luck that I connected it correctly all those times. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)
