EasyLift Module

I've just finished fitting an EasyLift module to my car and thought it might be useful to add a few notes.

1) The gear selector has to be in N before the centre console can come out so do that before disconnecting the battery.
2) To remove the side panel nearest the accelerator, lift the plastic trim on the sill and pull away a bit of the door seal.

3) Once the trim round the radio is off, the screws to undo are these:

4) Looking up from the area where the pedals are, the ECU looks like this:

I have skinny hands and it was still a Censored of a job!

5) To remove the console, you may have to prise the bottom of the 'wooden' trim slightly outwards using something plastic, if only to be able to get a proper grip.

6) You don't have to unclip wiring connectors under the console, but disconnecting the green one under the Terrain Response control makes it easier to swing the console round.

7) There is only really one 'tunnel' into which the cable can be poked. The cable is quite stiff and eventually it popped out near the pedals.
