Yes for few second until get oil pressure, is the timing chain oil pressure tensioned or spring tensioned thanks David |

Oil light out straight away probably last few seconds after oil light out have changed oil every 6k miles using genuine filter |

Yes aware it is timing belt but also has timing chains to sync the camshafts |

That's normal. All 2.7's do it The chains are spring loaded, and oil damped |

Could be dry cam followers/tappets on the camshaft, basically waiting for the oil pressure to build up.
