Ding Ding Ding ...WTF

For the first 2 min of driving the car is going Ding ding ding warning signal ....sure it did not do it earlier ( only had it 2 weeks) Its the same sound you get when you leave the key in and open the door. No dash warnings and nothing in the handbook on audible warnings.L320 2009

And an i> in which case press the indicator stalk end to see what message pops up
