Hi all.
this is my 1st post, so bear with me.

I have a 2013 RRS that ive owned for 2 years thats performed faultlessly, however yesterday I want shopping, the tailgate opened as usual from the keyfob, but on closing I had inadvertently placed an item so that the tailgate would not close properly.
On pressing all the normal butons the tailgate would not open, so I started opening it manually, which I have done before, this time there was a strange noise that sounded like something breaking.
I had to then close it manually and it locked fine, now I cant open it from the fob or internal switch button.
Any ideas ?

Does the tailgate still open and close manually? If you search in the forum on ‘tailgate’, you’ll find some threads where members have had various problems. It’s worth a look there before you take it to a dealer. Current: 2020 P400e HSE Dynamic
