Cracking on Bluetooth hands free

I have a 2011 RRS and I am having problem with the hands free in it because it is very cracking in the car but ok the other end is their anything I can do to stop this?

Seem to have the same problem intermittently- am looking through the posts to find out what the issue is- does anybody know what the issue is and a fix? Would be much appreciated.

There's crackling within the car so very difficult to hear the person on other end, and they can't hear me sometimes. It is very disappointing!!

i has been looking and there is a site that take the bluetooth unit and restores them but i have not got round doing this yet
