is this just a case of swapping the particle filter ?

For Euro 6 you'd need the paraphernalia to handle the ad blue additive which somehow gets squirted on the ash and soot. I think it would be terribly expensive and I am not convinced the authorities would recognise the end result as Euro 6 in any case since official docs and manufacturer's records would show it as Euro 5. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)...
