I've just bought a 2009 Irish RRS in the UK.
Applied for logbook pack from DVLA so just waiting on that.

When I go start the car, it says Valet mode on - Enter PIN.

I can't access the tailgate, satnav, audio etc due to this.

Spoke to Land Rover near mine who advised they can't help and wanted to charge £150 to diagnose.

Is there any way I could get the pin or are there modules and the screen I could just replace to get it working?
Like could I just fit a newer android play head unit to cure this?

There is a master pin code 1926 not sure it applies to your car though.

Tried 1926, 2121, 2008, 1234, 0000, etc.

No Luck,

This IID Tool may be worth a look?
Could you help me look in the right direction as there may be a garage who can do this?

Can be deactivated with the IID tool so would imagine any Indi with diag. equipment should be able to do it, could try 1922.

Is the code not in the manual ?

IID tool in my opinion is the way to go.

no more expensive trips to the local stealer to diagnose any issues......
