This doesn’t give the oil burners a wee bit of extra pep then, heh? I often junk my fuel receipt but I can see here how important it is to keep it, although the transaction could probably be traced via the credit card company.

I did an actual misfuel once earlier in my diesel ownership and was very glad of the Land Rover safety mechanism even if I did have to sit and read the manual for an embarrassingly long time to get it back to normal (and do that walk of shame to pay for a smidge of petrol).
