electronic rear dif lock question??

How does it work the electronic rear dif lock option on the RRS? Does it work completely automatic like the central dif, or you have to lock it, manually? Who has this option on your RRS? Have you used it? Question Idea Question Yuri

United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Stornoway Grey

This option is only of use to you IF you are going to do some SERIOUS off-roading. It works automatically in conjunction with the other diffs. It is of no benefit to you on tarmac roads. Gone - 2008 TDV8, Stornoway Grey, ebony, zabrano trim, TV, Tasmods, mudflaps.

As metioned before it is automatic. On the nav screen you can select 4x4 view and you can see the dif lock icons turning red to green as it works. Only needed for serious offroading! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.

Depending on what you order you might not be able to fit 17's or 18's on the RRS. 19's with MTRs would do fine. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Nothing smaller than 19's will fit a TDV8 HSE, as they are fitted with Brembo brakes as standard. Gone - 2008 TDV8, Stornoway Grey, ebony, zabrano trim, TV, Tasmods, mudflaps.
