Steering Rack pinch bolt?

Hello, does anyone know the best way to remove the pinch bolt and what size it is from the steering rack on a TDV8 3.6 RR Sport?
I've looked and can't seem to find an easy way.

Top bolt is either an E11 Torx or a 10mm

Lower bolt is an E11 Torx Thumbs Up

Cheers Mickey, is it the one right at bottom from the outside? I am replacing my rack but can't seem to find an easy way to get to that pinch bolt to release it from the shaft.
