SVO Premium Colours - Problems Ordering

Has anyone had problems ordering a MY18 RRS (non-SVR) in SVO premium colours recently? I've been told that LR are not accepting any orders for SVO premium colours until further notice and that just the standard colour palette is available?

I understand that the bulletin advising that no more orders would be accepted was only issued with the last 3/4 weeks.

I think it’s because SVO are swamped working on the special coupe and won’t except any orders until June. 2012 Evoque

Sounds like bad capacity planning to me! Given how limited to standard colour palette is I imagine a lot of customers will be going elsewhere.
