Have you checked to see if the brake light switch is still in its correct position? Just wondering if it has become dislodged. The switch can be dismantled but great care is needed.

The switches are prone to failing and can cause havoc. Best just to replace it: http://www.advancedfactors.co.uk/xkb500030...-738-p.asp |

Hello. My brake lights are staying on as above, I am happy to buy a new switch, and happy to fit it myself.
