2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Aux cable

Hi Guys
Got a TDV6 2007 and having a problem playing music through an AUX cable.
When my phone is plugged to play music via the AUX cable it only comes out of the right side speakers, when I unplug the AUX cable and the radio is on the sound is from all the speakers.
Anyone any ideas...

Not sure if this will help but it could be worth a try - is the plug pushed fully home? Sounds a bit like it’s not all the way in.

Can you test the cable somewhere else or try another cable?

If that fails I’d guess a dicky plug socket but it’s a bit of a wild guess to say the least as I’m no expert. Robin

You need a cable with stereo plugs, 2 black rings on it.
