I just wondered how people have managed to rig up a rear-facing dashcam. Even with a hyper-clean rear screen various mirror fixings don't work, suckers fall off (presumably because the heating wires let in air).

Help!

It goes without saying, but I’ll say it anyway; avoid sticky tab touching the heating elements in the rear screen.  Robin

Good point Bill. I've moved mine a bit lower so that the sweep of the wiper includes that patch of glass but it is very intrusive when looking in the rear view mirror and so I think I'll move it back up sometime, or try to sort out a lower position for it as (I think) Cymruambyth has done. Robin
