Perhaps get one of the mobile specialist mechanics on here to look at it? Bodsy or Woody32 are closest to you. * Current: 2024 D350 Defender 90 on coils!

You need to get that looked at by somebody sensible. Two sets of calipers in three years? I ran my L320 for 120,000 miles over 9 years and only ever replaced pads and discs (and metal brake pipes). Calipers were fine.

They do rust. And if all the parking brake stuff is mounted on it, it will need replacing sooner or later.
