Turbo problem tdv8

Hello there guys drove car home from work and it was fine. Started it back up and sound like a silencer fell off and getting engine warning and lack of power. I plugged a snap on diagnostic tool in and got 2 codes p138e and p132. Cleared them let car cool down started it back up perfect sounded quite and was like a rocket again. Came home turned it of then back on and same problem came back...no smoking or anything unusual Any ideas

Those are only partial codes but both relate to the turbos, sadly. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
