Well done - where's the pics - before & after. I was based at a JLR seat suppliers manufacturing facility for a couple of years, seat manufacture is no easy process.

do you know if the 2010 seats will fit a 2005 rrs electrically |

From memory the electrics are not the same or the seat frame hole alignment, which I'm sure you could easily work around. You also have to swap over and use your original seat belt tensioners. Airbags can be different (wiring & socket) when you have full curtain airbags etc, but I'm sure someone recently has done this on here. John RRS MY12 SDV6 HSE.
