whats these 2 rear concrete blocks on my rrs

looking underneath my range rover sport, i can see some sort of concrete block either side of the rear chassis, does anyone know what they are/for, they dont seem to be fixed to the chassis as they move around a bit

Basically they are just to counteract resonate frequency vibrations coming off the chassis. If I understand correctly
