Engine fan on the first start of the day

Again folks just learning the car. On the morning commute I start the car on the driveway and pull away. There is a loud fan noise which is quite noticeable. On my route the next off throttle is 3 miles away and its doesn't do it again for any of the 32mile journey. Car goes fine so I suspect its not faulty but what is it. I leave early so am quite conscious of the noise.

viscous fan quite normal will roar on start up then stops

Drive a bit faster, it sill go off sooner! It only comes on until the ambient outside temperature has been sensed but while it is a bit noisey it shouldn't be very loud and it shouldn't do it on a warmer day 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
