That's a pretty tall order. You'll need to find longer rails and revamp the system entirely or just buy the seats and rails with longer travel from a different model but either way it's going to be pricey with no real guarantee that it will work well and look good.

I'm only 6' but have arthritis in my right hip, it's ok at full length but would prefer a little more if possible, might just take seat out and access, I have seen somewhere someone did it on a discovery disco, can't remember where I saw it though. |

Me too 6ft 1" with arthritis in the hip, I don't need the seat all the way back either.
