Hey guys got a really annoying creaking coming from the front suspension is there any way of lubricating this or curing??

Creak mate.. when I lift the car up nd down creaks away as well as driving

When mine had the creak it sounded like an old mattress with dodgy springs! My problem was worn Anti-roll bar bushs. Might be worth checking these as they tend to be fairly common  2003 BMW M5 - 5 Litres of V8 Optimax Slurping Goodness in Carbon Black

It has got a knock every time I hit a bump but have just had the car mot and no advisories for any suspension faults. It's just came on tonight after I jet washed it

Your knock would be front lower arms and your squeak anti roll bar bushes  Currently MY16 Disco 4
