u3000 code help please

Evening all

I have a u3000 code on my rrs 2009 2.7. Its stuck in 3rd (Limp) F fault on display after 2/3 seconds of turning the ignition on.

Now i know the code is generic but my Delphi diagnostic wont work that well to tell me what last two digits are missing

I am in need of the codes which represent U codes

also after some info on a cheap software so i can buy just to sort this.

Thanks Jon

Workshop manual says:

Quote:
U30004A
Control Module

Incorrect component installed
- Mismatch between
configuration data and read
configuration

Configure the module using the approved
diagnostic system.

Sounds like you need to take it to someone with the right diagnostic kit who knows what they're doing. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

U codes are generally communication errors between modules and normally there are lots of them logged. Have you tried clearing it and reading it again,
If it's a hard code it may be relevant Life's too short to drive boring cars !
