So far the poll is torn between the Bentley and the Lambo....

The choice was difficult and I was finally torn between Lambo and one other....

So what was the 'other' one and which one was the final choice... MY10 TDV6 HSE, Alaska White, Ebony with Contrast, Park Heat, Paddle Shift, Privacy, Heated Steering Wheel, Extended & Premium Leather,

And the answer............

Was a difficult choice which in the end came down to the lambo and SLR.

Chose the Lambo..

Carefully backed it out of the garage, GT40 on my left SLR on my right. Semi auto gearbox which does not creep in gear so have to give it some gas to start moving. Car has only done 400 km since new.......... Was a little disconcerting as playing with 640hp in the confinements of the garage was character building.

Out of garage, into first and gently on the throttle, carefully drive off drive between courtyard walls... Easy peezy, quite docile, no problem, foot down on the accelerator just like in the TDV6, because you all know you need a bit of welly to make it go............

F.................................k meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee..........

Straight upto 50 drop into 3rd gear, few......... Beads of sweat appear, you can smell the adrenaline ! Boss says leave it in first......yep first........Foot down , red line, into second, red line pop into 3rd...... 210kph in what feels like 200 meters....... cant be too sure as eyes have not caught up yet. Brake heavily on the ceramic brakes brings the speed down to a more sensible 50kph again. Carry on for a while getting used to the beast before heading back in. Roads are cold, tyres not warm as we turn right into side road. Quick blip on throttle has back end coming out................ 4 wheel drive split in favour or rear end, off throttle back under control.

Acceleration is mind blowing, braking amazing, handling hard to tell as was not out long enough and roads not in best conditions.

Awesome machine....... absolutely awesome......... Pictures to follow in the morning.

Christmas present list has been updated and handed to wife..... MY10 TDV6 HSE, Alaska White, Ebony with Contrast, Park Heat, Paddle Shift, Privacy, Heated Steering Wheel, Extended & Premium Leather,
