Retrofit DVD system

My young daugther is starting to be bored on longer drives... Any suggestions on good rear-headrest DVD kits? 06' Supercharged Black

I wouldn't bother - I have it but my kids use the ipod touch more, far cheaper option. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.

I had the single screen version of ehe SDV685 as :-

It can use the stanchion kit (i.e. attach to the arms of the headrest) (So no ugly velcro) over the headrest)
- While connected to the battery
- So that you can switch it on without having the key in the ignition.

Downsides :-
- The standby lighht is illuminated when switched off (might attract attention).
- It protrudes quite a lot from the headrest posts. So my 20 month old can kick it now (from her baby seat).

I think I'll buy this again. 2022 P440e AB

If your daughter is young she shouldn't be driving.....especially long distances.

My car goes into an auto electrical specialist on Monday for a PS3 install with a pair of 7" Alpine headrest mounted monitors and bluetooth headphones.
I know that means no TV (well not without more hardware) but the PS3 means my lad will be able to play games or watch DVD/Blueray discs which should keep him happy.

The install is about £800 I think, you then have the price of a PS3 which varies.... a good 160GB one is £350 at the moment.

I'll let you know the end result....fingers crossed!
