Front passenger side suspension noise

I have a RHD 2010 RRS which has developed an intermittent noise. It only really happens when turning right on a cambered road (or roundabouts) going relatively quickly. It doesn't sound like the knocking noise a lot of the other posts talk about and it doesn't happen on a normal flat road if I steer sharply from side to side.

The car had new front suspension arms when I bought it about 2 months ago.

Any ideas?
