IID tool owner transfer

hi, I've bought a IID tool ( non Bluetooth from eBay) contacted GAP who sent me a link to transfer ownership, I made payment on Sunday and it states processing & still is, i was wandering if anyone has been through change of ownership and if can remember how long the process takes, I'm probably being a little inpatient but want to have a play.
