Winch

Thinking about a winch for the RRS. any recommendations? I presume Warn is the best but what model and a rough cost. Any info much appreciated. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

You may need to stick a bit more air in the front tyres but still a bargain i bet

I don't think that you can use just any Warn winch, wouldn't it all be down to the bit that bolts it to the RRS?
Probably where LR have got you by the short and curleys and you have to buy their expensive setup.

Might be wrong though

try www.arbil4x4.co.uk 01384 895700 look like they are big Warn suppliers so might be worth a try.

According to LR you friendly local dealer can supply the winch - at vast expense!
VA try Bearmach, Frog's Island or Mantec. I suspect LR will have to be involved somewhere due to the airbag sensors. Have you asked any of the D3 guys who have them where / who fitted theirs? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
