Anyone know anything about mountain bikes?

http://www.wiggle.co.uk/Default.aspx?Main=...;UberCat=0

Is this a good one for £299? Saw it at a bike shop today and liked it, the guy is holding it for me until Monday, so I have until then to make my mind up. 2002 Discovery Adventurer LE

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Arctic Frost

Ticks all the boxes for me Andy.

Two wheels, one at each end. A saddle, set of handlebars and lots of gears. Very Happy

Seriously though, if you can grab a bike with front and rear disc brakes you are onto a bargain.

As my old man always said to me: Go for it son. Wink Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

Andy,

For light use it will be fine - not sure why you'd need a disc brake really though - I'd go conventional and choose something with slightly higher spec all round

Yes the bike rack is still hanging up in the back of the garage.

I was thinking of putting it on e bay after christmas. Along with the Freelander dog guard it is hanging next to. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE.
