Overfinch Range Rover Sport 3.0 SDV6 on the Alive Dyno, having had some of our binary refinement to its ECU.

Not a bad gain over standard either!

The kick on the graph happens on all 3.0 TDV6/SDV6's on the dyno, and yet you never feel it on the road.

I can feel that flat spot on the standard cars, and it bugs the out of me

I imagine with the remap you barely notice it

My Alive map is superb, best mod ever on the SDV6 and it flys. My biggest concern is that I just keep praying the dealer never wipes the Alive map with a software update when it's in a main dealers for work to be done  2003 BMW M5 - 5 Litres of V8 Optimax Slurping Goodness in Carbon Black

Surely Alive Tuning would "re-load" it FOC if that ever happened...? Has it been known? That would really put me off having it done  * Current: 2024 D350 Defender 90 on coils!

Avoid main dealers

If a dealer did wipe our remap off then of course we would put it back on for you! Usually we charge £35 + Vat for this just to cover our rime but for RRS members we would do this FOC.

Would this void engine/gearbox warranty if dealer finds out? When I had a 2.7 TDV6 I had it BAS remapped which made a great improvement but I always had the warranty worry at the back of my mind. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top
