Replacing the alternator

Hi guys I said to my wife's aunt and uncle I would change the alternator on the Range Rover hse sport v6 diesel.
I've got the two of the three bolts out. The one at the top the one to the underside rear and the front underside is loose.
To get the alternators last bolt out and to remove the alternator I think I have to take the active roll pump out. Or remove it from the mountings with out remove any pipes or lines.
Is the any kind soles out there that can shed any light and help me with this situation. It's turning out to be a real pig of a job.

3x bolts, all 10mm

Can't remember where they are though
