2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey
L494 RRS no5 in Autocar's top 50 Cars on sale in the UK!

No1 was the MacLaren 570S
No2 was the VW Golf R
No3 was the Porsche 911 GT3 RS
No4 was the new Mazda MX5

Autocar's comment about the RRS "Whatever you are doing, wherever you are doing it, the Range Rover Sport just works" I would hardly consider the Macca, Mazda or GT3 to be sensible every day cars.............. RRS beat some formidable opposition too, interesting that the only German oppositon was a Mercedes S Class at No 8 (below the 1.0l Fiesta Ecotec!), BMW i8 at No 21 the RRS's competitors didn't make it even into the top 30.................. The nearest SUV was the L405 FFRR at No16 and the new Volvo XC 90 at no14.............. Disco4 didn't fare very we'll though at No 44 well behind the Disco Sport and Evoque

There is a reader's poll on the Autocar website if anyone wants to add their ratings and comments 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged HSE Santorini Black

In all fairness, the Golf R is a very, very good car
