Can I import Routes and Tracks from Base Camp ?

Just wondering if anyone has been able to import routes that they plan on the PC ? I do this for my Motorcycle GPS and it is the best way to plan a trip. I haven't tried but thought I'd ask the learned few. M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW.
