Parking Lights

Was it all facelift cars which got the parking lights like this :
or when was it introduced?

2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Lux Sumatra Black

Part in Lithuania, perhaps different spec. I don't have parking lights as far as I have found on MY2012 RRS SDV6 HSE.
Should it be a standard facility? John

Good point.

I also found a switch like that forsale in USA. And they have no need for parking lights there!

That is not even a Sport Stalk, is it not from a Fullfat? as no such thing as Range Rover Sport L322.
