Hi All,

I don't know if anyone else has this issue, I couldn't see anything similar on other posts. I'm using an iPhone 6 plus ios v9.2.1. When i connect to the ipod usb port in the cubby box using the apple lead that came with the phone I can see the music on the phone without trouble. The problem is that the music starts playing back fine then, after somewhere between 30 secs and a couple of minutes, the sound just goes off. The screen says its still playing, the timer is still rolling and has all the functionality but just no sound. It comes back if I reconnect the device but then goes off again. Bluetooth playback is working but has half the volume of the cable.

Anybody got any ideas? All feedback gratefully received.

I have the same problem, it seems to be due to using Bluetooth at the same time as the usb cable. To get over it I use an old iPhone permently connected as the music source.

Thanks, interesting. I'll try turning off the BT and see if it still drops out. On the half volume on BT, I've found the issue: I'd turned down the volume on the phone. Seems it needed to be turned up. I like an easy fix, for a change. Cheers,
