Hi mats,

Mine came with the receiver and the tow ball in a black bag, but this may be because mine was fitted by the dealer after delivery. The website does say "tow hitch receiver" so maybe the dealer is correct, however they should have advised you at time of order.

In 12 months I haven't towed anything with the RRS so have never fitted the tow ball.

All the Landy's and Rangie I have bought have included a lowball and tongue.. I am surprised too. SDV8 arrived and fantastic even the infotainment!

Let me get this right.... If you order a tow bar kit from Land Rover, you don't get a tow bar?!

I always did. I have bought cars off all Melbourne dealers and have always been supplied with a hitch and ball. As there are different road rules in other states maybe there are different rules for LR dealers!..Ha Ha! SDV8 arrived and fantastic even the infotainment!
