I have had the dreaded EPB screech and hand brake jam and had to use the manual release as the IIDTool unjam did not work.

It certainly looks like they are re-latched, I can see where the white plastic connector on the offside has moved away from the edge of the EPB module casing and I believe this indicates that it has relatched.

grab the two halves of the slider and squeeze them together you should feel a click.
