Just been on the phone to MB world (she sounded very nice by the way )

£100 for an hour on the track in a AMG or we can do 30 mins in 2!

We have about 8 on the list that are up for this at the mo but i don't know what the max we can have this may be it ! She said she can't help me with that sort of numbers so she's passed my number on and some one else will ring me tomorrow I'll update you all then

Greetings all...

Kam's told me about this, looks fundabidozy!!

After driving my wife's CLK 200 cabriolet with the top down on sunny mornings once a week, going to the local grocery, complete with polo sweater and tweed jacket... I feel I need to up the gear a bit and get the adrenaline pumping in a beastly Merc... and what better way to do than this?

I'll try to book a locum for the day (bleeding £400!!!) so I can play with you lot. Will confirm through Kam.

Jaymann Thanks for video link, very useful. I wanna have a go on that mad wet-driving surface!! Methinks would be great to have a twaz on that in a controlled manner!!

I've told my practice partner that I want to go on this.... he agress that I should (trying hard to pursuade him to go but he doubts whether he can justify the cost of a day's work!)... will be informing the practice manager tomorrow to book me off for the day... can I justify a day twazzing mercs round a track to the taxman? I think it's all part of personal development... doing home visits in torrential rain must require some sort of enhanced driving expertise? Especially if you might drive a merc (which loads of GPs do!) Most of us are reptiles... only the enlightened few become human beings.
