Looking for advice - I have the FBH fitted - it fires up off the remote plipper & also on the 7 day timer but only stays on for about 20 secs fuel level is high & the battery is fine as far as I'm aware. I have also noticed I cannot access the 1 event - day timer. It is greyed out

Does the FBH run for 20 seconds or is it the fan you can hear running?

When using the remote on mine the fan would run for a similar time before cutting out because the FBH wouldn't fire up. Luckily I found out that Bodsy was due in my area so a quick look by him determined that the FBH had locked out.

Once he'd reset it we then found the reason for the lock out, (I'm by no means suggesting that yours is the same but it's probably worth posting this) the fuel feed pipe to the FBH wasn't connected. Thankfully Bodsy's knowledge meant he knew where to look and he reconnected it . Everything hunky dory now Car body had been off recently for a turbo replacement. We don't know if this had anything to do with it and of course the dealer is in complete denial that this could have been anything to do with them

Also, don't forget that the dash timer will be greyed out if the engine is running

All above done & still no joy I've read my extended warranty booklet & it doesn't mention that it is or isn't covered so it looks like a call to the dealership I think  16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

Unless you have a good dealer it's probably less hassle to arrange to meet up with Bodsy for a rest & purge since he's reasonably close by
