2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Atacama Sand
Depreciation between years 3 and 4

Decision time coming up on whether I change my 2013 RRS Black Edn at 3 years or pay for another years warranty and change it March 2017.

What are people's views on the level of depreciation for an average miles vehicle between years 3&4? I've always been of the opinion that the majority of depreciation takes place in the first 3 years but by March 2017 there will be a few RRS2s appearing on the market at 3 years old. What are people's views on how that might affect RRS1 residuals?

I need to start doing the man maths. The 3rd year service is already paid for but the extra warranty will be circa £1000 and will probably need new tyres for next winter. However finances dictate that I will be in a better position in 12 months time to afford upgrade to the RRS2. If I change this year it will have to be a run out model Discovery or alternative marque

Decisions, decisions!!!

So am I !! I cant decide whether to get a used RRS 2 or get the L405 full fat . There certainly are more and more RRS 2s becoming available.
