Looking for any pointers please

Have a knocking coming through the steering occasionally when under full or nearly full lock and pulling away over an uneven surface. Straight line pull away and breaking is fine, only happens when pulling away slowly and when you are hard over - like when pulling out from a junction. Steering is smooth to turn, just feels like a shake as if something is moving.

Have already changed (over time as normal not hunting this problem down) both lower wishbones, lower ball joints, anti roll bar bushes and mounts, steering column bush and both front suspension struts!

Anyone had similar or got any thoughts???
