Pedal positions

Hi all, my new (to me) 60plate TDV8 is just great, but to me, the pedals seem slightly different to my 07 model. The accelerator is some way lower than the brake which makes switching from accelerator to brake a bit odd - have to lift the foot quite a way before sliding across. I've searched the forum but can't see this has been raised but just in case it has, is there a cure? (apart from strapping a bit of wood to the accelerator Laughing )

Funny had the same concern, in fact it was even more obvious having had a 64 plate loaner which is about level. Asked the dealer but the answer was 'that is how it is'.
Guess you try to fit a new pedal cover to the accelerator and remover the rubber brake cover and fit some anti slip tape to try and level out the difference.
Anyone else notice this??
