Car Insurance Prices

Hi everyone I'm a new member who's recently joined the forums. Me and my wife have just ordered our first rrs and I was curious to see how much people are paying for their insurance. It would interesting to see how much people are paying for their insurance and if there are any insurance providers they would recommend. The following info would be useful:

Age
Location
Insurance Provider
Amount
Model

Cheers

Hi.
45 and 35?year old, use including business 1.
Village on the outskirts of York
Admiral
£335
HSE

Includes guaranteed no claims and £150 excess.

Hope that helps. It worked out even cheaper if we added my wife's golf and got a multi car quote.

Thanks for all the replies everyone Smile

The best that me and my wife have managed to find is £1,300. More than likely it is due to my age as I'm 24. That's a quote on 3.0l HSE in Watford. Not sure if that's a good price or not really. I turn 25 in October so do you think that will make a major difference in price for the insurance?

Cheers
Jay

Jay,

Have you tried using an Insurance Broker rather than just a net search? They can be very competitive these days and have to work HARD for their money. My son had some very satisfactory results using this route.
