Pheonix Orange SVR?

Have recently been in Central America and in Belize a very vivid orange RRS2 SVR drove passed and I wondered if it might have been a special order SVR or a wrap. Does anyone know if any Pheonix Orange RRS2's or SVRs have been built yet? It definately was not an RRS1 1st Edition in Vesuvius 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Orange isn't an official colour for SVR so I'd imagine it's a local paint job.
