If you've not got a friendly garage that can do this at mate's rates or you can't do some of it yourself, maybe it isn't economically viable to repair the vehicle? |

Plus it is also the kiss of death when you come to try and sell it on.....it will get get registered on VCAR with HPI etc.....because a trader has to declare this he is unlikely to want to touch it with a barge pole.... Hence the value of even a well repaired car is considerably less than an undamaged one.....

Get paid out on the car but buy it back dirt cheap at salvage rate from the insurance company then sell it to Disco Mikey! Win Win all round |
