RRS 2012 interior lights and unlocking qweery

Hi all I cannot get the passengers interior light to come on when the doors open I've tried pressing the centre button in the front enabling auto lights on they will only come on via the switch
Also how do you let a passenger in when you pull up I cannot see a door unlock on the dash surely not from the remote!

The rear interior lights don't come on with opening the doors. Strange but true.

Mine has a button beside the seat memory buttons in the door panel to unlock the doors Merc C220 estate Sport AMG

Censored design. Rear interior lights are only switched on manually once sat in the back. * Current: 2024 D350 Defender 90 on coils!
* Current: 1974 Lightweight 2.25L petrol. Old skool
* GONE: 2012 RR Sport HSE SDV6 Orkney Grey. Now being piloted by RRSTDV8
* GONE: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Full Fat. Amazing piece of kit.
* 1949 80" in family since 1975

Wales 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Lux Sumatra Black

I altered wiring to have rear courtesy lights working automatically. LR being cheapskates, the cheapest cars have this facility.
I also used the guide published on this site.
